Dragons Class

The Dragons class children have been learning about the Vikings in their topic work. In Forest School, we built longboats looking at all the distinctive features that they may have had. The class split into groups and set to work. The children included features such as the oars, mast and seating areas.

The children have also been exploring forest school looking at the changes in the plants and trees around forest school, they have also been looking at tree identification and the difference between the tree leaves and diverse types of tree bark.

The children have also been learning about the habitats of the animals that live in our forest school by identifying which animal lives where and why.
