Meet the Teachers

Hi, my name is Miss Pounder and I am in my going into my fourth year of teaching at St Paul’s. I love exploring the outdoors both in school time and at the weekends. I have two dogs who I like to walk with my family.

This year I am joined by Mrs Little (Class TA) who will be helping us to achieve our goals, support us and encourage us.
PE Day:
This half term PE will be on Monday. Please send your child in their PE kit of a white polo shirt, blue shorts or tracksuit bottoms, St Paul’s blue school hoodie and black or blue trainers.
Reading Books:
Reading books should be brought into school everyday, these are used as part of our morning learning activities. Reading books will be changed once the children have read at least 3 times and there are 3 signatures in their reading record. We encourage at least 10 minutes of reading everday. during this time it may include questioning from the children and the adult. Please find some questions you can use to engage with the book further.
